At The Sympathy Store we understand that getting your gifts to their recipient quickly is important, so we do our best to process your order as promptly as possible. Orders are processed Monday – Friday. If your order is received after 12 noon EST it will be processed the following business day.
We ship via major carriers to any continental U.S. destination. We are unable to ship to international addresses, outside the continental United States, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
For personalized items, please allow 2-3 days additional processing time.
All flowers and sympathy plants are hand delivered by a local florist. These items are available for same-day delivery if ordered on Monday through Friday by 3pm or on Saturday and Sunday by noon in the recipients time zone, unless the delivery date falls on a major holiday. Please note that if your delivery location is more than 10 miles from the nearest florist, the florist may require an additional delivery charge. A Sympathy Store Customer Service Representative will contact you after your order has been submitted if an additional delivery charge is required. Your credit card will not be charged the additional delivery fee without your approval.
Morning Floral Deliveries
- Sunday and Monday Morning Delivery - Order by 12pm noon in the recipients time zone the prior day. Orders placed after noon-time cannot be guaranteed to arrive before 12pm the following Morning. Sunday delivery is dependent on the availability of the local florist.
- Morning Deliveries (excluding Monday and Sunday) - Order by 5pm in the recipients time zone on the day before. Orders placed after 5pm cannot be guaranteed to arrive before 12pm on the following day.
Order Changes or Cancellations
We do our best to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. Since our systems are designed to begin this process immediately, you cannot change or cancel an online order once it is placed.
